For most companies, introducing GDPR regulations isn’t exactly something that makes you want to pull open the registers. However, Microsoft is not like ‘most companies’. Informing all their European employees on the impact of GDPR required a proportional approach, involving Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.

There’s nothing more powerful than getting the message from the CEO himself. In real-time. So we flew Satya Nadella over to Brussels to address all European employees on a dedicated website with livestream.

We set up a uniform and transparent information stream, creating internal clarity and alignment, taking care of the full production, from location scouting and set-design, to directing, filming and streaming.

Everything was filmed on the rooftop overlooking the European Commision, to have the most 'European' shot. Getting everything right, down to the last detail. We completely remodeled the rooftop to anticipate our unpredictable Belgian weather.

A multidisciplinary team of 20 specialists, in partnership with the US based production company Mighty Media Studios, achieved this together. From start to finish, we made everything possible in 4,5 weeks, including all the preparations, set-ups and the livestream.
